How the Process Works

1. Our Food Safety Professional will examine your written Food Safety Plan Hazard Analysis or GFSI Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment to determine if your facility has identified the correct vulnerabilities and if the appropriate mitigation steps have been implemented.
2. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive report that includes a thorough program review, results, and recommendations.
3. Outcomes include a qualitative evaluation of your food fraud prevention program; food fraud policy, including the food fraud team; food VACCP risk assessment and methods used for conduction; food fraud mitigation plan; and compliance to FDA regulations and/or GFSI standards
