  • Current Gluten-Free Issue 3 Auditors
  • Experienced Auditors: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing food safety/quality systems, including internal, 2nd party, and 3rd party audits.*

After taking this training, you will understand:

  • Compliance Requirements: Comprehend the Global Standard Gluten-Free Issue 4 requirements.
  • Auditor Expectations: Learn the evidence needed to demonstrate compliance.
  • Gluten Controls: Identify essential gluten control measures within a gluten-free management system.
  • Monitoring & Procedures: Determine effective monitoring, deviation, validation, and verification procedures.
  • Audit Process: Gain insights on what to expect during a gluten-free audit.

There will be a 50 question exam at the end of the course. Successful completion of the course requires a score of 75% or higher.

Prerequisites: A valid lead auditor training certificate for any FSMS standard and employment with a BRCGS-approved certification body for conducting audits against the Standard.
