Train Your Whole Team

An AIB International food safety professional will conduct the exercise at your plant, just as an inspector would during an actual inspection. But instead of receiving a score or recognition document, you’ll get professional advice on how to improve your food safety program and prepare for an actual scored GMP inspection. We can provide a full report documenting your risk assessment, or you are welcome to take notes of our findings and recommendations.

There’s no limit to the number of participants in this training inspection, so invite your whole team! This is a great learning experience for new hires and managers.

This training experience is perfect for new operations or those that need help understanding the regulations and how to comply with the GMP requirements. It’s also a great fit for companies adding additional capacity to ensure these new food safety risks are minimized and controlled.

Experience a full GMP inspection against the AIB International Consolidated Standards for Inspection and get a clear understanding of the requirements of the five categories:

  1. Operational Methods and Personnel Practices
  2. Maintenance for Food Safety
  3. Cleaning Practices
  4. Integrated Pest Management
  5. Adequacy of Prerequisite and Food Safety Programs

Our Process

  1. Premeeting: Our food safety professional meets your team, and you decide if you would like a report.
  2. Inspection: We conduct a physical inspection of the exterior and interior of your facility first, followed by a program review to identify program gaps that allowed physical findings to occur. Findings and risks will be discussed immediately on the floor.
  3. Audit Trail: Your team will be taught to follow the audit trail based on findings. This interactive process between your team and our auditor is very hands-on. The more your team participates, the more benefit you’ll get from the training!
  4. Exit Meeting: We’ll discuss key findings and risk assessments and answer your questions.
It Makes You Think

It makes you think, makes you aware, and puts the proper checks and balances into place to make you successful.
