When AIB International audits your facility’s plan against these established guidelines, you know that you’re receiving an unbiased and objective review that will help you protect your supply chain. You can use this audit to comply with the AIB International Consolidated Standards.

How the Process Works

1. One of our Food Safety Professionals will review your food defense programs, buildings and outside grounds, employee- and visitor-access programs, receiving procedures, facility operations, and product storage areas.
2. Through this process, both documentation reviews and an on-site physical assessment will occur. Our professionals will evaluate vulnerabilities, current practices and procedures, and operations throughout the facility.
3. At the end, you will receive a full report of the audit.
