Leslie Alderson joined AIB International in February 2023. For over 20 years, Mrs. Alderson has worked across multiple industries, providing human resources leadership in critical areas such as talent development, recruitment, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) leadership, and organizational development.

Mrs. Alderson’s experiences include leading the HR due diligence and integration for Mergers & Acquisitions, implementing competitive compensation plans, and building human capital plans that foster organizational effectiveness. Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University. Based out of North Carolina, she enjoys spending time with her family at her son’s weekend sports tournaments and enjoys traveling to warm and sunny destinations.
