Once you’ve completed the workshop, you’ll be able to create and implement a strong HACCP plan to build a strong food safety culture in your organization.

Our HACCP Workshop is based on the 12 steps of Codex and is easy to understand and apply to your own facility. This workshop meets the HACCP training requirement for Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standards (BRCGS, SQF, FSSC 22000).

Our HACCP Workshop is based on the 12 steps of Codex and is easy to understand and apply to your own facility. This workshop meets the HACCP training requirement for Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standards (BRCGS, SQF, FSSC 22000).

While no prior coursework is necessary for this workshop, a strong understanding of prerequisite programs like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation, allergen control, personnel practices, chemical control, maintenance, pest control, and supplier verification is recommended.

Upon successful completion of the HACCP Workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion and 1.3 continuing education credits.
