This course was designed based on the 12 steps of the Codex Alimentarius. This course focuses exclusively on HACCP principles and does not cover the FDA's HARPC (Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls) requirements for the preventive control's rule, not any other HACCP specific regulation.
