HACCP Online is an interactive, self-paced course designed to teach you how to create and implement an effective HACCP plan. Developed by AIB International's HACCP experts, this training equips food safety and quality assurance teams with the knowledge to establish a robust food safety foundation for food manufacturing, distribution, or packaging companies worldwide.

Temporary Disclaimer: This course is designed based on the 12 steps of the Codex HACCP system. Please note that the names of the steps in this course may differ slightly from those used in the official Codex guidelines, but the core principles remain consistent. Additionally, this course focuses exclusively on HACCP principles and does not cover the FDA’s HARPC (Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls) requirements for preventive controls.

The six modules in HACCP Online will teach you to:

  • Develop a finished product description
  • Create steps in a process flow diagram
  • Identify hazards associated with raw materials/process steps and assign controls
  • Determine the likelihood and severity of raw material and process hazards
  • Identify critical control points (CCPs) and define critical limits
  • Evaluate monitoring and verification procedures for CCPs
  • Describe elements of an appropriate corrective action
  • Evaluate validation methods for a HACCP plan

Each module is followed by a short exam. You must achieve a score of 70% or above on each exam to pass. You should anticipate conducting online research during the exams to answer the questions. After successfully passing all six exams, you can immediately download your certificate of completion.
