Through effective workforce planning and leadership development, Carolina works to ensure AIB International has the right talent and infrastructure to serve clients across markets and regions.

Before joining AIB International, Carolina served as Head of Human Resources at Mosaic Flavors, where she led the HR function and helped build the systems and processes needed to support growth. Her experience includes organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, HR technology, compliance, and cross-border operations.

Carolina believes HR is most effective when it is approachable, practical, and connected to the business. Her leadership philosophy centers on listening, asking thoughtful questions, bringing fresh perspectives, and creating an environment built on trust, transparency, collaboration, and open communication. She is passionate about developing people and finding better ways for employees and the organization to grow together.

Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). At AIB International, her priorities include building scalable people systems, strengthening leadership capabilities, fostering employee engagement, and aligning talent strategy with organizational performance and customer success. Together, these efforts help build a knowledgeable, capable, and responsive workforce that advances AIB International’s mission to protect the integrity of the global food supply chain.

Outside of work, Carolina enjoys writing, classic cars, and spending time with her two energetic Dobermans, Vito and Paulie.
