If you already have the blank formats for the Nutrition Facts tables, we can provide the values that you need for each of your packages. We will determine the correct serving size for your product and provide the nutrient amounts and percent daily values that have been rounded in compliance with government regulations. 100g Nutrition Report
Sometimes you just need the basic nutrition profile of your food. We offer a standard report of nutrients (unrounded per 100g) that you can use to develop your own Nutrition Facts panels for food packages or to send to customers who use your food as an ingredient in their products. Please note that additional nutrients are available in your report.
Ingredients and Allergens Report
Along with the nutrient values, we can track the sub-ingredients and allergens contained in the ingredients you use. This information is added to our database only after a thorough technical review to ensure that the proper wording is used and the information is consistent for the ingredient.
Using the formula for your food product, we can easily provide a list of all of the ingredients and sub-ingredients in your food in decreasing order of predominance. In addition, we can flag major food allergens and produce a final list for you.
