Empowering Food Safety Excellence

Enabling companies to improve food safety and strengthen the global supply chain.

At AIB Education & Research, we believe that advancing food safety across the industry starts with access.

That’s why our nonprofit initiative is dedicated to making expert-led training, practical resources, and independent research available to every food and beverage company—not just the largest. By supporting small and mid-sized manufacturers with complimentary tools and education, we help businesses strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and protect public health.

Because food safety is everyone’s responsibility—and with the right tools, everyone can make a difference.
