Food Defense Coordinator Certification

Becoming an AIB International Certified Food Defense Coordinator allows you to demonstrate your expertise in food defense strategies, intentional adulteration prevention, and regulatory compliance. After earning your certification by completing either the Live Instructor-Led Training or Online version of the Food Defense Coordinator course, you will need to complete the Food Defense Update training once every two years to maintain your certification.

If your certification expires in 2025, complete this course before the expiration date to renew automatically. You’ll receive an email once your updated certificate is ready to print.
